• Any person not booked wanting henna is subject to an additional charge of $5 per design. We reserve the right to refuse service if not enough time/henna is available. Example: Booking is for 3 people and at appointment there is an additional 2 people wanting henna. Each additional person is required to pay $5 extra per design.​​

• All brides are required to have a consultation prior to booking. 

​

• All deposits are non-refundable unless there is a cancellation from us. 

​

• All appointments require a 50% deposit that is charged online when booking.

​

• If appointment is at client's location, proper set up (table and chairs) must be provided.

​

• We do not re-create designs unless you have the original artists name so we are able to credit them. If original artist name is not provided, we are happy to create something similar but not exact. 

​

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule unless otherwise stated. Subject to availability.
